The MacNicoll family has been a National and State leaders in the Appraisal Industry. With Edwin P. MacNicoll, IFAS, ( founder ) who served as Past National President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and was a pioneer with other State and National appraisers in the leadership of the appraisal industry. He was involved in originally developing the appraisers into a now recognized and respected industry. He was actually involved in national and state testing and certification and the development of various appraisal forms. Worked as a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers with the Appraisal Foundation, the HUD and other governmental organizations.
